These Terms & Conditions govern your use of georgeizunwa.com, including its bookstore. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of this site. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when you contact us or place an order, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

No customer accounts. This site does not require you to register an account to browse or make a purchase. Every order is placed as a guest checkout using the details you provide at the time.

Bookstore purchases. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order (for example, if a title is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud), in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already made. Payment is processed through Paystack; your order is confirmed only once payment is verified.

Content and intellectual property. The teachings, articles, book descriptions, images, and design on this site belong to George Izunwa or the relevant rights holder, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party links. This site links to affiliated organizations (including Gateway International Church, the Impact Ministers Mentoring Outreach, and the George Izunwa Foundation) and to external platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

Disclaimer. This site and its content are provided "as is." While we make every effort to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, George Izunwa and Gateway International Church are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, beyond the value of any order you placed.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top will always show when they were last revised.
